Our Privacy Policy
The EU General Date Protection Regulations requires even small organisations and charities such as Calne Choral Society to ensure that persons whose details are held electronically know and agree to this.
Calne Choral Society holds data electronically and uses this for internal Society communication reasons only.
All members and others who wish to be associated with the Society will be asked to confirm in writing that they agree that those details can be held electronically. Any details can be removed from the electronic system at any time by the person concerned contacting the Treasurer.
No data are passed to others, sold for marketing purposes or for any other reason. This will always be the case unless the Committee decides differently, when a formal vote at an AGM will be needed.
